Existing customers

If you're an existing John Lewis Car Insurance customer, you can make the following changes to your policy when you log into My Account.

  • Update your personal details
  • Change your address details
  • Change your current car details
  • Add your new car details
  • Provide proof of No Claims Discount
  • Upload documents
  • Make payments
  • Provide details of your claims history
If you haven't already registered for My Account, you can do so by clicking on the 'Register' button. You'll need your policy reference number to register.

Or, if you've already registered, click on the 'Log in' button to manage your policy.

Important Notice: We are currently experiencing a problem with our system which has stopped some customers from accessing their documents. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
