If you're an existing John Lewis Car Insurance customer, you can make the following changes to your policy when you log into My Account.
- Update your personal details
- Change your address details
- Change your current car details
- Add your new car details
- Provide proof of No Claims Discount
- Upload documents
- Make payments
- Provide details of your claims history

Please note: You can't cancel or renew your John Lewis Car Insurance policy online. For more information, please call us on 0845 610 0355.
If you originally purchased your policy prior to 17 March 2014, your documents will not be available in My Account, unless you have made a change to or renewed your policy. If you registered for E-Docs before 17 March 2014, you'll also need to register for our online portal to manage your account online.
